What is Venuefluencers?
A platform that connects venues with content creators for paid promotional visits. Creators set their own rates; venues book directly.
Who's it for?
Any physical venue: restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, wedding venues, event spaces, expositions, sporting and religious venues, wellness, fitness, beauty.
Where are you live?
In 27 cities globally at launch. New cities are added based on creator coverage.
What makes you different?
We are the only platform fully specialised in connecting venues with influencers. Every creator is verified by us — no bots, no fake reach.
What languages do you support?
English only at launch. We may add languages as the network grows.
Can I use the platform outside the 27 launch cities?
Not yet. Both venues and creators must be in one of our 27 cities to transact. We're going deep in launch markets before adding more.
For venues
How do I register?
Click "I'm a venue", create an account, set up your venue, browse creators in your city.
Is there a contract or subscription?
No. There's no contract and no monthly fee.
How does pricing work?
Each creator publishes their own rate card per deliverable (a Reel, a Story, a review, etc.). You see prices upfront. Venuefluencers charges a 10% platform fee per booking — that's how we keep the lights on. There's no other cost.
How do I pay creators?
Payment for the deliverable is settled directly between you and the creator off-platform. The platform only collects the 10% fee.
What if I cancel?
Both sides can cancel any time before the visit. Platform fees are refunded in full.
How are creators verified?
We confirm every creator owns their accounts, check their reach, and review their content before they're bookable.
What if the creator doesn't show up?
Cancel the booking; the platform fee is refunded in full. Repeated no-shows trigger a creator review on our end.
Do I get rights to use the creator's content in my own marketing?
That depends on the creator's terms. Each creator publishes their usage rights upfront on their profile — read them before booking.
Can I book the same creator multiple times?
Yes. There's no limit and no exclusivity unless the creator's terms specify otherwise.
How long from booking to visit?
That's between you and the creator. Most bookings happen 1–3 weeks out, but the schedule is theirs to set.
Can I have multiple venues on one account?
Yes — add them all under the same login. Each venue has its own profile.
For creators
Is it free?
Yes. Applying to join Venuefluencers as a creator is free.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No fixed minimum. We review public content, audience relevance, location, availability and fit for upcoming venue campaigns.
Why do you ask for my social handles?
We use your public profiles to understand your content, platforms, audience fit and campaign suitability, so you don't need to manually fill out a long profile.
How are creators selected?
We review applications based on selected cities, public social profiles, availability, campaign preferences and fit for upcoming venue demand. We review applications on a rolling basis. During launch, we may prioritise creators in cities where venue campaigns are becoming active.
Are campaigns paid?
Some campaigns are paid, some include complimentary venue experiences, and some are hosted events or UGC opportunities. Each campaign will clearly explain the offer, deliverables and terms before you accept.
Do I have to accept every booking?
No. You can review and decline opportunities. Nothing is confirmed until you accept.
How much do I make?
You set your own rates per deliverable. Venuefluencers takes a 10% platform fee per booking. The rest goes directly to you, off-platform.
How do bookings work?
A venue requests a date and a list of deliverables (e.g., one Reel and two Stories). You accept, decline, or propose a reschedule.
What platforms can I list?
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google reviews, Yelp, TripAdvisor.
Do I need to disclose that I was paid?
Yes, follow your local advertising law (FTC in the US, ASA in the UK, etc.). The platform doesn't enforce this, but it's your responsibility.
What if I need to cancel last-minute?
Either side can cancel any time before the visit. Platform fees are refunded both ways. Repeated last-minute cancellations affect your standing on the platform.
Can I work with multiple venues at the same time?
Yes. There's no exclusivity unless you choose to add one in your terms.
Can I work in cities outside the 27 launch markets?
Not yet. Bookings only happen between venues and creators in the same launch city. As we add cities, you can add them to your profile.
What about taxes?
You're an independent creator. Taxes are your responsibility, like any freelance work.
